On May 26, the first “Special Collective Contract on Protecting Female Employees’ Rights and Building a Family-Friendly Workplace” in Jingzhou City was signed at Hubei Jiangjing Fire Technology Co., Ltd.

On the afternoon of the 26th, Hubei Jiangjing Fire Technology Co., Ltd. convened a special consultation meeting on the protection of female employees’ rights and the creation of a family-friendly workplace for 2026. Representatives from the employee side and the employer side engaged in 128 minutes of equal and amicable negotiations around six topics: equal employment and career development for female employees; special protection during the “four periods” — menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, and lactation; leave and flexible working arrangements for female employees; health protection and prevention of sexual harassment; construction of family-friendly facilities; and support, care, and work–life balance. Following the reaching of a consensus, Li Lihong, chief representative of the employee side, and Ye Huijun, chief representative of the employer side, signed the draft of the “Special Collective Contract on the Protection of Female Employees’ Rights and the Creation of a Family-Friendly Workplace of Hubei Jiangjing Fire Technology Co., Ltd.”

Zhou Dan, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jiangling County Federation of Trade Unions and Director of the Financial Review Committee, stated that, The Jiangling County Federation of Trade Unions will promote this practice of Hubei Jiangjing Fire Technology Co., Ltd. among all enterprises in the county with 50 or more employees, striving to ensure that by the end of October this year, all 50 such enterprises have completed the signing of a special collective contract on the protection of female employees’ rights and interests and the creation of family-friendly workplaces through collective bargaining.
