On November 22, the China Quality Association held the "National User Satisfaction Engineering Implementation Commendation Conference" in Ningbo. The conference summarized and exchanged the work of implementing user satisfaction engineering nationwide in 2017, and commended and awarded the 2017 National Advanced Units of User Satisfaction and User Satisfaction Products.
