The China Fire Protection Association Releases a Guide to Visiting the 20th China International Fire Protection Exhibition.

October 10–13: The 20th China International Fire Equipment Technology Exchange Exhibition (Abbreviated as the China International Fire Protection Exhibition), will be held in Beijing. New Hall of the China International Exhibition Center, Shunyi District, City Hold.

The first China International Fire Protection Exhibition held after the pandemic achieved, for the first time, an exhibition covering the entire venue (140,000 square meters), seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor spaces. With thousands of exhibitors from home and abroad and tens of thousands of exhibits, the show covers every aspect of fire emergency rescue. The equipment displays are closely aligned with academic forums, showcasing cutting-edge technological achievements that draw great attention. A wide array of professional activities offers something for everyone, while fun check-in events with prizes add to the excitement. Live interviews and special broadcasts keep the spotlight on the latest developments. The event has attracted a massive influx of both domestic and international visitors, making it truly the world’s premier carnival of fire protection technology. To help visitors make the most of their experience, the organizer—the China Fire Protection Association—has specially released an exhibition guide, offering nine thoughtful tips.

Go to

The China Fire Protection Association has covered the costs of both the exhibition hall and the adjacent parking lot during the event. Visitors driving to the venue can enjoy free parking in this area. Due to the high foot traffic, please follow the instructions of traffic management personnel and park your vehicle in the designated areas—absolutely avoid parking on either side of municipal roads. For visitors who are not driving, we recommend using public transportation whenever possible, as taxis and ride-hailing services may be in short supply, resulting in longer wait times.

Enter the museum

All visitors are admitted free of charge. Simply scan the QR code of the exhibition’s official WeChat account below to obtain an electronic visitor pass, or present your paper visitor ticket and enter the museum through any of the four entrance halls—East, South, West, or North.

Audience members holding VIP passes, please enter the museum through the VIP lounge on the west side.

The organizing committee has set up a special VIP channel for firefighters and rescue personnel. Firefighters can enter the venue directly by presenting their firefighter uniform and firefighter identification.

Convenient Exhibition Viewing

By exhibition category, the fair divides the indoor 8 pavilions and outdoor 4 areas into 5 major exhibition zones.

Typically, when people visit exhibitions, they find themselves staring at exhibition hall floor plans that look like “heavenly scripts,” surrounded by dense crowds. They’re unsure where to start their tour and can’t even locate the products they’re looking to purchase. Meanwhile, exhibitors often struggle with how to effectively showcase their offerings and guide visitors to their exhibits. To effectively address these mutual challenges faced by both visitors and exhibitors, the China Fire Protection Association has specially developed a convenient “Exhibition Guide for Visitors” system (simply scan the QR code). This system features booth search and browsing capabilities, user navigation tools, and—most notably—a powerful function for exhibitors to display and share their products.

Forum Schedule

This year’s expo features a keynote forum on “Smart Fire Protection Ecosystem Development” as well as six specialized forums, including “Building Fire Safety.” For details, please refer to the table below. Visitors who are interested in attending these forums and learning about fire rescue technologies, developments in fire protection science and technology, and trends in the fire protection industry are encouraged to carefully plan their schedules, taking into account both exhibition visits and forum participation, so they can make the most of their time and gain even more insights. Due to space limitations, the number of attendees at each forum is restricted. Therefore, we kindly ask that you register and reserve your seat in advance according to the instructions and invitations provided.

During the exhibition, there will also be other forums organized spontaneously by various companies. Friends who are interested are welcome to join them on their own.

A short break at the exhibition

Please refer to the distribution map above and choose a service area that suits you based on your needs and the target audience.

(1) Public Rest Areas. Seating is provided in the central garden of the exhibition hall and in certain exhibition areas for visitors to take a break. Commercial service outlets offering food and beverage services are located in the central garden and along the passageways adjacent to it.

(2) Firefighter Lounge Area. Located in the small courtyard of the South Entrance Hall, the Firefighter Lounge is specially designed for firefighters and other emergency responders to engage in discussions, exchange ideas, and enjoy complimentary tea breaks. Please proactively present your identification for entry or enter directly while wearing your firefighter uniform.

(3) Members’ Salon Area. Located in the small courtyard of the South Lobby, the Members’ Salon is specially designed for members of the China Fire Protection Association and personnel from its branches, offering opportunities for informal discussions and exchanges as well as complimentary tea breaks. Upon entering, please proactively identify yourself to the staff.

Firefighting Culture

On the indoor passageway adjacent to the central garden, we’ve set up an exhibition of outstanding fire safety education displays, showcasing the finest works from across China that have been collected over the years by the China Fire Protection Association. A large screen inside the exhibition hall will also continuously play videos documenting the 40-year journey of the China International Fire Protection Exhibition—its 20 editions—and highlighting its contributions to industry development and its role in supporting fire rescue efforts. As you explore the exhibition, why not take a moment to pause and immerse yourself in the spirit and charm of fire safety culture?

Dynamic display

The outdoor exhibition area on the east side of the pavilion features a dynamic demonstration zone, where selected fire-fighting and rescue equipment will be showcased in simulated fire and disaster scenarios, demonstrating their key operational functions. For safety reasons, the scale of the demonstration won't be large, but it still offers a rare opportunity to observe the equipment in action firsthand.

Fun group photos and check-in to claim your prize

Firefighters are the heroes of peacetime. This year’s International Fire Exhibition features a variety of adorable cartoon firefighter characters, which are specially displayed in the outdoor rest areas of Halls W4 and E4, as well as in the South Entrance Hall—perfect for visitors to take photos and pay tribute to firefighters, fulfilling our dreams of being heroes—it’s truly a delightful experience!

This year’s exhibition also features a check-in and prize-giving activity. Visitors can follow the “fun check-in activities” prompts within the exhibition halls, adhering to the specified time slots and routes, to check in at designated locations one by one. Then, they can head to the prize-collection point—either the window on the east side of the South Entrance Hall or the photo-check-in rest area in Hall W4—to collect free, exquisite gifts provided by exhibitors, adding extra fun to their visit.

Safety Tips

The exhibition hall strictly prohibits the carrying of flammable and explosive items. Please cooperate voluntarily and undergo security checks. Visitors driving cars, please make sure to close all doors and windows when parking. During your visit, please keep your valuables safe. Visitors who smoke should do so only in the designated outdoor areas; absolutely no smoking is allowed in indoor evacuation stairwells or restrooms. In case of an emergency, please contact the nearest security personnel immediately.
